Media Advisory/REMINDER: Minister Oda to Hold Media Call Back on Maternal, Newborn and Child Health in Mozambique

OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - August 20, 2010) - The Honourable Beverley J. Oda, Minister of International Cooperation, is in Mozambique this week to meet government officials and development partners, and to visit Maternal, Newborn and Child Health (MNCH) projects funded by the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA).

Minister Oda will hold a media teleconference to discuss how CIDA can better work with Mozambique to enhance the development efforts based on the Muskoka G-8 Initiative. The Minister will also take questions on Canada's response to the flooding in Pakistan.
