Media advisory - Moncton team selected to build EQuilibrium™ home

MONCTON, NB, Feb. 12 - M.P. Tilly O'Neill-Gordon, on behalf of the
Honourable Diane Finley, Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development
Canada and Minister Responsible for Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation
(CMHC), will announce on Friday, February 13, 2009 the local builder and
developer team chosen to build a new CMHC EQuilibrium™ Sustainable Housing
Demonstration home in Moncton, N.B.

Following brief remarks by Ms. O'Neill-Gordon, CMHC experts and
representatives of the winning homebuilder team will be available to answer
questions.
