Medlink Signs Definitive Acquisition Agreement with Cambridge Resources

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - May 18, 2006) - Medlink Technologies Inc. (PINKSHEETS:MLKT) announced today that it had signed a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of Cambridge Resources Inc.

According to the company, MLKT would issues restricted shares to the shareholders of Cambridge Resources Inc. to acquire 100% of the outstanding shares of Cambridge. The company would proceed to change its name to Cambridge Resources Inc. and the current officers and directors would resign and new officers and directors would be nominated.

The company expects to close the definitive acquisition agreement on or before May 25, 2006.
