Melissa Rycroft to Grace Cover of Perfect Wedding Guide Summer 2010

ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwire - April 13, 2010) -  The summer 2010 issue of Perfect Wedding Guide will feature Melissa Rycroft, famously dumped "Bachelor" contestant, third place finisher on the eighth season of "Dancing with the Stars," special entertainment correspondent with "Good Morning America" and "Entertainment Tonight," and now, happily married bride.

The cover was shot in February on location at Birmingham's Omni Studios where Melissa dished on her December destination wedding in Mexico to longtime boyfriend Tye Strickland, an insurance agent from Dallas, Texas.

"We had between 150-200 guests. So, a big destination wedding, but a small wedding overall," explained Melissa. "We weren't looking to have everyone in Dallas come, but a lot more people flew in than we were expecting to come to a destination wedding. We had lots of friends and family there."

Inside the issue Melissa also discusses the planning of her destination wedding and how the married life has affected her. "The reason that you're getting married is because of the way your relationship is now. So you have to focus on not letting it change, not rearranging your priorities because of your title change," said Melissa.

Readers can view pictures of Melissa at the photo shoot and learn more about Melissa's love-at-first-sight wedding dress, her wedding musts, and her best advice for brides planning a destination wedding inside the summer 2010 Perfect Wedding Guide.
