MessageLabs Launches Premium Associate Program

In Competitive SaaS Market, MessageLabs Grows Channel Partner Program by 50 Percent

NEW YORK, NY and LONDON--(Marketwire - September 30, 2008) - MessageLabs, the leading provider of integrated messaging and web security services to businesses worldwide, today announced its new Premium Associate Program designed to more fully support and empower its more than 800 global channel partners to enhance customer relationships and build their customer base. The program adds multi-year commissions to the Standard Associate program providing partners the opportunity to accrue additional revenue by up-selling and renewing current customers.

In the past year, MessageLabs has grown its Associate Program by 25 new partners per month, which represents a 50 percent increase over the previous year. Contributing to this growth is MessageLabs training and certification program, an option designed to aid MessageLabs partners in more fully supporting its customers in a fast-moving, highly competitive messaging security market. Central to this newly developed program is an e-learning component and the opportunity for business partners to become fully certified in MessageLabs messaging and web security solutions.

MessageLabs Associate Program includes two levels, Standard and Premium. Entry into the program at the standard level allows partners to gain a 15 percent commission on referrals to MessageLabs. The new premium level requires completion of a minimum sales requirement and allows an annual percentage gain on referrals for multi-year deals. In addition, associates benefit from extensive support and resources for sales and marketing activities, including sales support and collaboration on referrals, exclusive incentives, online training and marketing materials, regular communications and industry updates as well as no up-front investment and low-risk entry into the expanding market for SaaS.
