MCLEAN, VA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- November 16, 2006 -- Base Technologies, Inc. of McLean, Virginia has announced that it has won a contract to develop a Transportation Demand Management (TDM) software system for the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments' (COG) Commuter Connections Program. Base Technologies proudly adds MWCOG to a growing list of TDM clients, including the Georgia's Clean Air Campaign and the Knoxville Smart Trips program.
