Michael Fay Joins Disaboom as Chief Technology Officer

Former Akamai and Nine Systems Executive to Oversee Technical Development of First Online Community for People Living With or Directly Affected by Disabilities or Functional Limitations

DENVER, CO--(Marketwire - May 31, 2007) - Disaboom, Inc. (OTCBB: DSBO), which is developing the first online community for people living with or directly affected by disabilities or functional limitations, today announced that Michael Fay has joined the Company as Chief Technology Officer.

Mr. Fay has over 10 years of experience with online businesses and web asset management, including e-commerce, digital and rich media, and web site operations. He has developed and supported a broad range of Internet-based solutions to consumer, corporate, educational, entertainment, inspirational, media, music, not-for-profit and professional sports clients. These include General Electric, IBM, Anheuser-Busch, Cinema Now, Warner Music, Amazon, Lakewood Church, the National Basketball Association and the National Hockey league, among many others. Most recently, Mr. Fay was an executive at Akamai Technologies Inc., where he was responsible for facilitating the integration of Nine Systems, a streaming media software services company acquired by Akamai in 2006. He previously held the position of Vice President of Operations at Nine Systems, where he was responsible for the company's network operations center, application services, production services and client services.
