Micro Mammoth Solutions, Inc. Extends Closing Date Under Merger Agreement With Advanced Blast Protection, Inc.; Advanced Blast Expands Board and Management Team

WESTON, FL--(Marketwire - August 4, 2008) - Micro Mammoth Solutions, Inc. (OTCBB: MIMS) announced hereto today that it has amended its agreement and plan of merger with Advanced Blast Protection, Inc., a privately owned Florida corporation ("ABP"), to extend the outside closing date under the merger agreement to September 30, 2008. Closing is subject to ABP completing a maximum $12.5 million private placement financing.

In a related item, ABP announced it has appointed the following persons to its Board of directors: Adm. Gregory J. Johnson, Dr. J. Phillip London, James L. Pavitt, John W. Cooney and Jeffrey L. Miller.

Adm. Gregory J. Johnson (US Navy, Ret.) -- In December 2004, Admiral Johnson completed a 36 year naval career. Admiral Johnson rose through the ranks to become a Four-Star Admiral, the highest rank in the U.S. Military. His at-sea commands include the U.S. SIXTH Fleet in Europe and Africa, the USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-72) Battle Group, and a carrier air wing and an attack squadron. Admiral Johnson held various flying and staff positions ashore, including Head of European and Central Command Branch, Joint Staff Operations Directorate (J-3) during Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm; Executive Assistant to the Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Colin L. Powell; Director, Operations, Plans and Policy, U.S. Atlantic Fleet; Military Assistant to the Deputy Secretary of Defense, Dr. John J. Hamre; and Military Assistant to the Secretary of Defense, The Honorable William S. Cohen. As Commander in Chief, Allied Forces Southern Europe, he was responsible for all NATO Operations in the Southern and Eastern regions of NATO's Area of Influence.

Dr. J. Phillip London -- Mr. London served as President and Chief Executive Officer of CACI International, Inc., an information technology and network services company with fiscal revenues of $1.94 billion for 23 years through June 30, 2007. On July 1, 2007, Dr. London became Executive Chairman and Chairman of the Board of Directors of CACI. He was elected to CACI's board of directors in 1981 and was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in 1984. A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy (1959) and the Naval Postgraduate School (1967), where he earned, respectively, a BS in naval engineering and an MS in operations research, in 1971 Dr. London earned a PhD. in business administration "with distinction" from The George Washington University.

James L. Pavitt -- Mr. Pavitt is a Principal of The Scowcroft Group. Mr. Pavitt draws on more than 30 years of experience in the Intelligence Community to provide strategic advice and risk assessments to clients in the financial services, defense, information technology, homeland security and counterterrorism fields, among others. As the Deputy Director for Operations at the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), he managed more than one-third of the CIA's globally deployed personnel and nearly half of the CIA's multi-billion-dollar budget. He served as Senior Intelligence Advisor to President George H.W. Bush as a member of the National Security Council team from 1990 to 1993.

John W. Cooney -- Since 2000, Mr. Cooney has been a Vice President for Lionstone Group, Inc., owner of the Seville and the Ritz-Carlton Hotels in Miami Beach, DuPont Plaza in Miami, Sheraton Curacao Resort, Princess Beach Resort Curacao, and Holiday Inn Aruba. From 1997 through 2000, he was President of Westbourne, Inc., an import-export company. He retired in 1997 from Coopers & Lybrand's Miami office where he served as Senior Tax Partner.

Jeffrey L. Miller -- Mr. Miller has been President and managing director of AALC, limited company, of Arlington, VA since 2005. The firm is responsible for the development, financing and management of various projects worldwide, and for advising clients on various matters relating to global financing and business matters. From 1989 to 2005 he held various executive positions with the Export-Import Bank of the United States, Washington, D.C. He was Senior Vice President and Head of Export Finance for the bank from 1998 to 2005.

The appointments of the above new directors will become effective on August 20, 2008.

ABP also recently added a new senior executive officer, Robert J. Conner, as Executive Vice President responsible for Operations. Mr. Connor was formerly President and CEO of Securetech, LLC, which provides a variety of health and security services to the traveling public, utilizing military technology and broadband internet connections. Previously, he was President and CEO of Extended Reach Logistics, created to integrate a state-of-the-art electronic internet portal to support the future logistic requirements of the Department of Defense. The company was, ultimately, purchased by Stewart & Stevenson, a subsidiary of BAE. Mr. Connor was also President and Senior Partner of Phoenix International Group, with a primary focus to provide representation for multi-national companies, the structuring of cooperative business relationships with U.S. corporations through global partnerships in military technology, commercial production, and after market support. Mr. Connor brings more than thirty years of experience in the defense industry, government contracting and international business development.
