Microsoft Canada Co., Launches Big Ticket Search Promotion with the Toronto Raptors

Canadians win big with Live Search; prizes awarded every hour of every day from now to December 31st

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Nov. 27, 2008) - Microsoft Canada Co. and the Toronto Raptors are pleased to announce Big Ticket Search, a new online contest powered by Microsoft Live Search (www.live.ca).

Coinciding with the start of the Raptors 2008-2009 season, Canadians can enter to win great prizes by simply logging onto www.bigticketsearch.com and typing in their search query. Each search completed through www.bigticketsearch.com qualifies for a chance to win great prizes including a Raptors VIP Package, a pair of Raptors season tickets, signed Raptors apparel, Ticketmaster Gift Cards, Microsoft® Xbox 360® video game and entertainment systems, Microsoft® Zune™ digital media players, laptop computers, home entertainment systems, $10,000 or one of two Mitsubishi Lancer SE. Prizes will be awarded hourly from the start of the promotion through to December 31st, 2008.

In addition, Big Ticket Search will be featured during Raptors home games, with themed on-court contests running throughout season, and a branded "Search Box" fan zone located in the 300-level of the Air Canada Centre (ACC). Microsoft Live Search will also have a permanent place on the Toronto Raptors website (www.raptors.com) as the site's search provider.
