MidasTrade Announces Agreement With Woori Futures

BUENA PARK, CALIFORNIA--(Marketwire - June 4, 2007) - MidasTrade.com Inc. (PINK SHEETS:MIDS) is pleased to announce that the company's wholly owned subsidiary, Midas Securities has entered into an Execution and Service Bureau Correspondent agreement with Woori Futures. Woori Futures is a wholly owned subsidiary of Woori Financial Holdings Co. (NYSE:WF). Under the agreement, Midas Securities will provide Woori Futures with trade execution and market data services for U.S. and European futures and commodities markets. Woori Futures and their customers will have Direct Market Access (DMA) to the U.S. markets (CME, CBOT, CBOE, COMEX, NYMEX, NYBOT) and global markets (LME, EUREX, SGX, and Tokyo Exchange) via the Midas Trade GDAN. In addition, Woori Futures will provide clearing and settlement for KOSPI options and futures trades for U.S. investors utilizing the Midas Trade GDAN.
