MidasTrade Prepares for Futures Trading

BUENA PARK, CALIFORNIA--(CCNMatthews - May 30, 2006) - MidasTrade.com Inc. (PINK SHEETS:MIDS) announces that its subsidiary Midas Securities, LLC has moved its data center to InteleNet, a state-of-the-art data center located in Irvine, CA. This move is one of the steps MidasTrade is making to ensure they are prepared for the volume of trading anticipated when it launches its direct access for institutions trading full futures and commodities from Korea. Through the MidasTrade Global Direct Access Network (GDAN), Korean securities and futures firms will have direct access of futures and commodities including securities futures via Chicago Mercantile Exchange, Chicago Board of Trade, New York Mercantile Exchange, Comex, Eurex and London Metal Exchange. MidasTrade is currently working with Patsystems to complete the integration of the futures trading platform through the MidasTrade GDAN.

InteleNet's data center facility boasts fully redundant power with diesel generators for backup, diverse paths and providers for Internet access, and automated, reliable security services. This facility offers industry leading physical environment control features and has plenty of scalable space for future growth needs. InteleNet has a customer base of over 500, including a variety of major multi-national corporations.

Jay Lee, President and CEO of Midas Securities commented on the progress of this launch, "We are preparing for and anticipating the launch of our futures trading program will be a major event for Korean traders. Koreans are by far, the most active futures and options traders in the world and providing them with direct market access to the U.S. exchanges is going to be a significant addition to their market."
