Middle East Oil Corporation Elects Officers

ABU DHABI, UAE--(Marketwire - April 16, 2010) -  Middle East Oil Corp. (PINKSHEETS: MIDH), an oil and gas development and exploration company, announces board approval for the appointment of three new officers to the company.

The Middle East Oil Corporation Board of Directors, appointed on April 14, 2010, a new slate of officers for the Middle East Oil Corporation. 



In 1977 Miloud Bekkoucha received his Bachelor's of Science from the University of Salford in England. He received a Master's of Science degree from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom, in 1979.

His education includes: Certificate D'Aptitude Professional (C.A.P.) Option: Mecanique Generale.Examination: Mathematics, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Strength of Material, Industrial Drawing; Brevet de Maitrise (B M) Option: Mecanique Generale Brevet de Technician Superieur (B.T.S.) (Equivalent to H.N.D.) Option: Instrument & Control Systems June 1972 Baccalaureate Option: Technique Mathematiques; B.Sc Science Honors Degree (Division II) M.Sc.

At the completion of the master's program he was employed by ADCO a company engaged in oil production, water injection, power generation and gas production. Mr. Miloud specialized in instrument and control engineering for the next seven years. Eventually Mr. Miloud became the Senior Control Engineer with ADCO for a period of eleven years.

Mr. Miloud initiated new programs to closely monitor the optimization of each development, which prompted ADCO to advance Mr. Miloud to the position of Senior Reliability Engineer and Senior Optimization Reliability Engineer. During his thirty year tenure with ADCO he has been able to show his value to the organization by developing core competencies, which ADCO has integrated into their entire corporate structure.

Mr. Bekkoucha has a consistent record of achieving results within budget and schedule. He has a broad range of experience in planning, implementation, construction, and commissioning of major projects as well as operations, maintenance, major overhauls, and optimization of production, operation & maintenance of the facilities and plants.

He has extensive theoretical and practical experience in the upstream and downstream requirements of the Oil, Gas, Petrochemical & Power industries. He participated in oil, gas, and power generation projects and studies, which included design engineering, construction, commissioning, operations, maintenance, and HSE. Additionally he is experienced in hydrocarbon processing, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and process control as applied to: Oil & Gas separation plants, gas processing, and treatment plants, water and gas injection schemes, well automation, intelligent field, oil refineries, LNG Plants, power generation plants, and distribution networks. Mr. Bekkoucha speaks and writes fluent English, French, and Arabic.

Muhammad Z. Asif MBA

Chief Financial Officer

At age 56 Muhammad Z. Asif has worked till recently as the Chief Financial Officer of Al Zorah Development Company Ltd., PSC, a sixty billion joint venture Real Estate Development, between the Government of Ajman, United Arab Emirates, and Solidere, an international real estate developer of Lebanon, overseeing the Human Resources, Administration, IT, and Legal departments of the organization. 

He has been associated for than twenty five years with international manufacturing and trading organizations. Additionally, he has been with the World Bank Project for over three years. Additionally, he was associated with a leading multinational group based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates that has diversified operations throughout the Middle East Region, including a prominent FMCG retail chain.

Mr. Muhammad Z. Asif was the Vice President of Finance and Administration for more than ten years with leading Automobile Franchises -- Toyota, Rover, Land Rover and Jaguar agencies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

He is an MBA in Finance from American University Washington DC; and is a qualified Cost and Management Accountant from Institute of Cost and Management in Pakistan.

At age 55, Mrs. Robbin Jew has been the Senior Vice President of the largest Asian bank in United States. She has over thirty years of managerial and operational experience in the banking industry. Her experience includes financing, acquisitions, management, and product development, including developing business models, overseeing various committees, which included setting up and implementing bank policies.

Mrs. Robbin was the founder, chairperson and chief operation officer of a financial institution in San Francisco, California. Her role was to organize, to arrange financing, and to work with regulators in receiving a bank charter and FDIC approval.
