Among TeamConnect 2.5's new features are enhanced search capabilities, additional invoice approval features, and workflow enhancements that deliver significant operational efficiency gains and tangible ROI.

Additionally, Duplicate Contact Manager identifies, corrects, and/or deletes redundant entries using matching algorithms. Algorithms can also be customized to prevent future duplicate creation, further ensuring that corporate contacts are in an organized and manageable state.

The IMAP feature allows users to synchronize their email client with TeamConnect in order to drag and drop associated emails into corresponding matter folders. A built-in viewer conveniently displays emails in TeamConnect, without having to launch an email client.
