Mobilisa Again Named in Washington's Fastest Growing Private Companies

Mobilisa Gains Recognition by Puget Sound Business Journal

WASHINGTON, DC--(Marketwire - November 1, 2007) - Mobilisa Inc., a leader in innovative and wireless technology, was named the one of the fastest growing private companies in Washington State by the Puget Sound Business Journal. This is the thirteenth year of the award, and the second consecutive year that Mobilisa was recognized.

The Puget Sound Business Journal's "List of 100 Fastest Growing Private Companies" is based on revenue growth percentage from 2004 to 2006. The company contributes this to their commitment to innovate new technologies and significant growth in customer base.

"We are committed to innovation, superior products and outstanding customer service," said Dr. Nelson Ludlow, CEO of Mobilisa. "At Mobilisa we work hard to provide the best access-control product line to our customers."

Defense ID, a leading access control product line for military and federal installations, is at use at locations such as Andrews Air Force Base, home to Air Force One, and the Army's U.S. Military Academy at West Point.

Defense ID security systems feature a rugged handheld scanner that quickly and accurately checks an ID card presented at any point of entry. The scanned information is compared, using Mobilisa's BOLO Tracker software, to over 100 databases of individuals who are wanted for criminal offenses or are otherwise barred from military installations. Other Defense ID products include a Visitor/Vendor registration system that conducts an instant background check, and online reporting systems where management can review performance statistics. All the systems are compatible with each other and work with military IDs, U.S. and Canadian driver's licenses and other government ID cards and therefore require no need to issue or create special badges -- a major cost savings.

Defense ID is credited in helping security personnel identify and prevent over 25,000 unauthorized individuals from gaining entry onto over 50 military and federal installations.
