MoqiZone Holdings Corporation Announces Commercial Launch of 802.16d WiMAX Base Stations in Chengdu China


CHENGDU, CHINA--(Marketwire - December 10, 2009) - MOQIZONE HOLDINGS CORPORATION (OTCBB: MOQZ), a leading digital entertainment delivery platform company that delivers last mile connectivity to Internet Cafés across China via its proprietary MoqiZone WiMAX Network, today announced that 2 wireless broadband base stations with a total of 8 sectors were successfully installed in Chengdu and are now available to service internet cafés in the northeast region of Chengdu city. There are approximately 60 targeted internet cafés within the 5km coverage area. One of these stations is located on top of the main building of Chengdu Electronic Information University. Additionally, the base stations are connected to CERNET (China Education and Research Network), a dedicated fiber optic network covering over 23 million students at 1,800 colleges and universities nationwide.

As part of the initial launch in Chengdu, "Space Online Internet Café" and "Wave-man Internet Café" are two local major internet cafés which have connected to the MoqiZone WiMAX Network. These two cafés have more than 350 sets of computers connected to the network.

The MoqiZone Network provides content delivery to the viral online gaming market and connects game players to online content providers utilizing a national WiMAX network. The MoqiZone Network utilizes a centrally located base station to communicate with multiple wireless signal receivers (CPE) installed on the rooftops of the member cafés of the MoqiZone WiMAX Network.
