is currently available on the CERNET (China Education and Research Network
http://www.edu.cn/) to all college students utilizing the CERNET. CERNET is the
third largest national telecom with a National intercity optic fiber network
within China. Established in 2000, CERNET provides exclusive high-speed internet
access servicing over 1,800 colleges and universities in mainland China,
encompassing a total addressable market of approximately 23 million students.
Under the supervision of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Industry
