Multiple Auto Accidents in One Week Mean a Typical Week for New York City Auto Injury Attorney

In New York, Auto Accident Lawyers Follow Numerous Stories Every Week

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - December 28, 2009) - On December 14, a grandfather was killed in a hit-and-run as he crossed a Brooklyn street. Across the same borough, a Brooklyn DJ died the night before after being sideswiped by a truck while she was riding her bicycle.

The grandfather, Hugo Jansen, was killed while he was crossing against the light. The DJ, Solange Raulston, was riding westbound on Nassau Ave when a flatbed truck driving in the same direction hit her.

"Cyclists, pedestrians and cars have shared the streets for many years, but each needs to be on the defensive at all times, especially the cars and trucks. A person on foot or bike is no match for a 2000 plus pound vehicle," said New York City auto accident lawyer and personal injury attorney, David Perecman.

"Bikers and pedestrians are not always as careful as they should be, but it's the cars and trucks that can kill," added New York City auto injury attorney, Perecman.

So far, no more details have been released on the death of the DJ in New York City for auto injury accident attorneys and lawyers to consider. However, it appears that she had no control over the accident.
