Mundocom Hires Managing Director for New York City

David Berney Joins Team to Further Company's Expansion

PARIS--(Marketwire - April 7, 2010) -  Mundocom, a leading global marketing production services firm, enabling brands and marketers to more efficiently and effectively get their messages to market, announced today that David Berney has joined the company as Managing Director of its New York office and as a member of the global executive management team. Berney's addition to the team further advances the company's expansion efforts and provides regional leadership for its growing list of east coast clients.

As Managing Director, Berney will guide existing client relationships, work directly with client executives, and lead new business efforts. Drawing on his significant interactive experience, Berney will also be focused on cultivating Mundocom's rapidly growing digital production services.

Prior to joining Mundocom, David Berney led interactive in NY for Sapient where he developed interactive properties and programs that helped transform media, financial services, CPG and fashion retail companies into cross-industry benchmarks. Berney joined Sapient from Razorfish, where he provided similar leadership and strategic counsel to many other Fortune 500 global leaders.

Berney was previously a senior executive with Delta Air Lines and spent several years in the media and publishing divisions of both Time Warner and American Express. His experience in interactive media stretches back to the Web's infancy with CMGI (creators of Lycos, GeoCities, and MyWay), in addition to serving as CMO of eHatchery, an IdeaLab investment. He holds a BA in Economics from Emory University and has studied global marketing at Franklin College in Lugano, Switerland.
