MyStudio Update on Nashville Flooding

PHOENIX, AZ--(Marketwire - May 5, 2010) -  Studio One Media, Inc. ("Studio One") (OTCBB: SOMD) today received notification from the management of Opry Mills mall in Nashville, Tennessee that the mall is closed until further notice due to the recent flooding in the area. 

Studio One has contacted its insurance carrier and confirmed it has flood insurance for any required repairs.

In the event that Opry Mills will be closed for an extended duration while mall tenants restore their operations, Studio One will work with The Mills Group to relocate the studio to another favorable mall location within its portfolio.

Based on the favorable traffic and feedback from the Nashville studio since opening on March 19, 2010, the Company is committed to having a MyStudio in this location to meet the demands of the Nashville music community.

MyStudio successfully opened its fourth studio in the Miami, Florida area on April 30, 2010 and expects to open two additional studios prior to June 30, 2010.
