NAAP Global Solutions and Trilogy International Partners Launch New Module For Network Asset Administration Program (NAAP)

Telecom Operators To Benefit From New Module

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA--(Marketwire - March 22, 2010) - NAAP Global Solutions, Ltd. (www.naapsolution.com) and Trilogy International Partners LLC (TIP) announced their successful collaboration on a new module for NAAP (Network Asset Administration Program) software. The new module for revenue and traffic analysis provides daily feedback on cell site revenue and traffic performance for cell sites on wireless carriers' networks. This module also rounds out NAAP's competencies with respect to it enabling operators to assess the revenue impacts of capacity limitations, asset under-utilization and site revenue versus site traffic parameters.

NAAP Global Solutions is a leading global provider of asset management solutions for telecommunications service providers and utility companies. The company's asset management solutions have been deployed at carriers in Venezuela, Bolivia, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, New Zealand and Guatemala. Its revenue and traffic module is the newest addition to the company's comprehensive solution suite, comprised of the following modules:

  • Asset management
  • Maintenance
  • Finance and lease management
  • Tower assessment
  • Radio frequency and microwave path design
  • Project management
  • Security

"This new module, developed in close collaboration with Trilogy really rounds out our capabilities as a leading developer of turnkey asset management solutions for telecommunications carriers world-wide," said Leticia van Splunteren, Executive Vice President, NAAP Global Solutions. "As the global roaming industry continues to grow, carriers are increasingly concerned with maximizing revenues while minimizing costs – and our joint solution will play a key role. That it is so easily able to track cell site revenue and traffic performance is a key differentiator between it and other competing products."

Telecommunications providers are challenged more than ever before to decrease their operational costs while providing scale economies. NAAP's solutions help operators accomplish the ultimate goal of automating and integrating business processes related to deploying, operating and maintaining telecommunications networks, all the while reducing operational expenditures.

"We have successfully integrated the application that Trilogy's software center in Bolivia developed. We are very confident of the application's ability to track and monitor traffic and revenue generated by each cell site," added van Splunteren.

"We implemented NAAP as our asset management application in all our markets, so it made good sense to integrate it with some of the tools we use to efficiently manage our operations," said Ian Beckett, Group IT Director, Trilogy International Partners. "Both companies liked the idea, so we pursued it, tested it, and now have made it available to forward-thinking operators looking to decrease costs and increase operational efficiencies."
