NDC Capital Partners Announces a Real Estate Co-Investment With Eagle Equity Capital LLC

NEW YORK, NY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- October 11, 2006 -- NDC Capital Partners LLC ("NDC") today announced a co-investment with Eagle Equity Capital, LLC ("Eagle") for the construction of a 26,150 square foot shopping center and restaurant. The property, which will break ground in 2007, is located in Lewisville, Texas, a suburb of Dallas. The Greater Dallas area and Lewisville are experiencing significant retail and economic growth. The property has direct frontage on S.H. 121 Bypass, one-half mile west of I-35. The Texas Department of Transportation recently announced the expansion of I-35 to 18 lanes from President George Bush toll road to Denton, Texas, commencing at the end of 2007. The property's location is also at the main entrance to the newly constructed Hilton Garden Inn Convention Center Hotel, which is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2007.
