NGS to Be Re-Seller of VoiceInterop IP Gateway Appliance

Move Uniquely Enables NGS Solution to Securely Unite Field, Command Center and Office Communications

FAIRFAX, VA--(Marketwire - December 1, 2009) - Nortel Government Solutions (NGS), a U.S. company wholly owned by Nortel, has announced it is entering into a reseller agreement with VoiceInterop for an internet protocol (IP) gateway device that enables secure, direct office to field connectivity. "We are pleased to have NGS as a reseller of our AudioMate360 IP gateway devices," said Mike Gutowski, VP Sales and Marketing. VoiceInterop (OTCBB: CLRI) is headquartered in Boca Raton, FL, USA.

NGS, a Fairfax, Virginia-based IT integrator with special expertise in the convergence of IT and telecommunications, has regularly provided unified communications, VOIP and other communications related solutions to U. S. Government defense, intelligence and civilian agencies. Several NGS solutions, such as the Nortel AS 5300 telecommunications switch, hold special security ratings as the result of rigorous government testing. VoiceInterop, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cleartronic, Inc. (OTCBB: CLRI), is a software developer, application service provider, systems integrator and the manufacturer of the patent pending AudioMate360 series of IP (internet protocol) gateway devices. The AudioMate 360 appliance turns all communications into IP.

The combination of the AudioMate 360 gateway appliance with the specialized and secure capabilities of the NGS 5300 switch and a unified communications platform known as the WAVE® Interoperability Solution enables what is currently a unique ability to integrate homeland security, public safety, first responder and critical infrastructure communications in a way that can tie field, command center and office communications into a single secure and seamless process. Through this technology combination, Land Mobile Radios (P25, 800 MHz, 700 MHz, etc.), PSTN, PBX, Satellite communications, wireless and PDAs can all be brought together in one platform. "With this new combination, a telephone on a desk in Washington, D.C., for instance, can now be given the ability to act as a radio and will connect directly to an agent on the U.S. border with Mexico," said Chuck Saffell, CEO of Nortel Government Solutions. "We're enthused about our new partnership with VoiceInterop and about the improved communications and coordination capabilities this new solution can provide our country's defense, intelligence, law enforcement, public safety and first responder contingents," he said.
