                                   NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING



TradeLabs  Plc announces that the Notice of its Annual General Meeting has been posted to shareholders
today. The text of the Notice is set out below.

"Notice  is  hereby given that the annual general meeting of the Company will be held at  the  Hotel
Equatorial  Melaka, Bandar Hilir, 75000 Melaka, Malaysia on 5 October 2009 at 3.00 pm (Malaysia  time)
[08.00  am  London  time] for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, adopting  the  following
resolutions  relating to the ordinary business and the special business of the Company at  the  Annual
General Meeting or any adjournment thereof:
                                                   
                                         ORDINARY RESOLUTIONS
                                                   
            To consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following as Ordinary Resolutions

1.      THAT, Niraj Goel, who retires in accordance with Article 37 of the Articles of Association  of
        the Company and who, being eligible, offers himself for re-election, be re-elected as a director of
        the Company.

2.      THAT, Kamaljeet Singh Cheema, who retires in accordance with Article 37 of the Articles of
        Association of the Company and who, being eligible, offers himself for re-election, be re-elected as a
        director of the Company.

3.      THAT,  Binu  Abraham, who retires in accordance with Article 37 of the Articles of Association
        of the Company and who, being eligible, offers himself for re-election, be re-elected as a director of
        the Company.

4.      THAT, Marcus Yeoman, who retires in accordance with Article 37 of the Articles of Association
        of the Company and who, being eligible, offers himself for re-election, be re-elected as a director of
        the Company.

5.      THAT, Naranjan Naidoo, who retires in accordance with Article 37 of the Articles of
        Association of the Company and who, being eligible, offers himself for re-election, be re-elected as a
        director of the Company.

6.      THAT, the appointment of James Raj & Co. in Singapore, as reporting accountants of the Company
        to hold office until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting, and to authorise the directors
        to fix their remuneration, be approved.

7.      THAT, the appointment of Mazars LLP, London as auditor of the Company to hold office until the
        conclusion of the next annual general meeting, and to authorise the directors to fix their
        remuneration, be approved.

8.      THAT,  the  interim dividend declared by the board of directors on 29 January  2009  and  paid
        thereafter be approved, and that the final dividend declared by the board of directors on 28 August
        2009 and to be paid on 30 October 2009 be approved.

9.      THAT,  the  directors' report and audited accounts for the period from 27 August  2008  to  31
        March 2009 be approved and adopted.

10.     THAT, pursuant to Articles 75 to 77 (inclusive) of the Company's Articles of Association  that
        all notices and/or forms of proxy to shareholders and all financial statements and directors reports
        required to be posted and/or delivered to members of the Company, may be e-mailed to the e-mail
        address provided from time to time by each member to the Company and/or may be placed for access on
        the internet at the following address: www.tradelabs.net (if a member is unable to access the internet
        they can contact the Company Secretary at the registered office of the Company who will provide
        written copies by postal service).
                                                   
                                          SPECIAL RESOLUTION
                                                   
       To consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following resolutions as Special Resolutions

11.     THAT,  pursuant  to  Article 38(1)(a) of the Companies (Jersey) Law  1991  (as  amended),  the
        authorised share capital of the Company be increased from £9,999,999.99 to £15,000,000 by the creation
        of 166,666,667 new ordinary shares of £0.03 each in the share capital of the Company so that the
        existing share capital of £9,999,999.99 divided into 333,333,333 ordinary shares of £0.03 each is
        increased to £15,000,000 divided into 500,000,000 ordinary shares of £0.03 each ("Increase").

12.     THAT, immediately following the Increase, by way of replacement of all current authorities for
        the  allotment and issue of shares and/or securities, the board of directors be and are hereby
        generally empowered to allot and issue ordinary shares of £0.03 each in the share capital of the
        Company ("Ordinary Shares") as if the pre-emption rights in Article 3 of the Company's Articles of
        Association do not apply to any such allotments and issuances, provided that this power shall be
        limited to the allotment and issue of Ordinary Shares, whether directly, or by way of option or
        warrants for Ordinary Shares convertible upon exercise of such options or warrants or on such other
        terms as decided upon by the Board in their sole discretion:
        
        (a)     of up to 60,000,000 Ordinary Shares in connection with the Company's share option scheme; and

        (b)     of all the unissued Ordinary Shares in the share capital of the Company, not reserved for the
                Company's share option scheme.

13.     THAT,  clause  2  of the Company's Memorandum of Association be deleted in  its  entirety  and
        replaced as follows:
        
        "The  share capital of the Company is £15,000,000 divided into 500,000,000 ordinary shares  of
        £0.03 each".
