(NUBL) NuMobile and (NVAE) Nova Energy to Partner on African Mobile Cash Project

CARY, NC--(Marketwire - June 22, 2010) -  NuMobile, Inc. (OTCBB: NUBL) and Nova Energy, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NVAE)(OTCQB: NVAE) plan to partner with each other for a mobile cash project in East Africa. NuMobile has entered into a term sheet to acquire a mobile cash operation in the region that is currently generating approximately $5 million in annual revenue. Nova is NuMobile's Greenfield Program partner in East Africa. The Greenfield Program was developed by NewMarket Technology, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NWMT)(OTCQB: NWMT) to accelerate and enhance the introduction of new technology innovations into new markets. NuMobile was the first company to join NewMarket's Greenfield Partnership Program last year. The program has been an integral part of NuMobile's early stage development strategy.
