Namex Explorations Inc.: Exploration Program Update

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Oct. 30, 2007) - Namex (TSX VENTURE:NME) is pleased to report excellent progress on all phases of its 2007 exploration program. Results thus far are encouraging.

Expansion of the recommended MMI coverage at the Huffman property is now complete. Investigation of the previously identified linear northeast anomaly has now been extended for another 600 meters east and approximately 650 metres north-south. This coverage was designed to test the northeast extension of a copper, molybdenum, antimony, uranium, rare earth anomaly disclosed a year ago. A total of 8,912 metres of grid has been cut and 287 MMI samples taken. These samples have been to the SGS laboratory in Toronto.

The area of the linear high contrast gold, silver, copper, lead, zinc, molybdenum, bismuth and antimony anomaly to the west has been uncovered by excavator stripping. All excavator stripping is now completed. 143 one metre channel samples have been cut across several sections of the east-west intrusive quartz-feldspar porphyry that forms the host rock of the sulphide containing structure. These samples have been submitted for assay and results are pending.

Hole #1, was drilled to a depth of 92 metres. The core is now being logged and sampled. The presence of fine sulphides throughout the entire distance drilled indicates the necessity of sampling all of this core. This hole was drilled to determine any patterns of metals zoning with depth as well as confirming the MMI response. Hole #2, was collared some 30 metres south of #1, at angle of minus 65 degrees, bearing north. This hole should intersect the higher grade mineralization at about 75 to 80 metre depth.

The MMI team has now moved to the Golden Pine East where it hopes to take some 328 MMI samples.
