Napster to Provide Data for Ranking of Tracks Streamed in UK

First Official Music Subscription Chart Debuts Later This Year

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - November 2, 2007) - Napster, LLC (NASDAQ: NAPS), the leader in subscription music, confirmed today that tracks streamed by its UK subscribers will be included in the first music chart dedicated to ranking the songs that are streamed most often through music subscription services.

The Official UK Charts Company will launch the world's first official music subscription plays chart later this year. The chart will rank the top tracks that UK consumers play via subscription music services including Napster UK.
