The Narconon drug rehab program has provided a condensed version of a live recorded broadcast of a Narconon graduation ceremony held at the Narconon drug rehab program located in Quebec, Canada. This was the very first time a Narconon program broadcasted a live graduation ceremony. This live feed was done Friday, June 26, to help support the United Nations International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking. This new recording contains public service announcements from former Narconon graduates, and then goes directly into the live broadcast of the graduation ceremony. Three individuals received their program completion certificates that day, and they all had some very inspirational words to pass along.

"It was a great opportunity to give the general public and family members of these graduates an inside look into an actual graduation ceremony at a Narconon drug rehab center." Comments Nick Hayes, deputy director of marketing and promotion at Narconon Trois-Riveires. "It is also very important to see real people who have battled addiction for so many years finally regain control over their lives, and reunite with their families."

Most families are not able to attend these graduations, and this live broadcast gave these families a glimpse at all the hard work their loved one completed during their stay at the facility. The Narconon drug rehab program is working to make these live feeds a regular occurrence, and to really help those who are battling drug addiction to see that sobriety can be achieved. The Narconon network has over 140 different centers in over 40 different countries, and has been providing successful rehabilitation and prevention since 1966, when William Benitez first created the program.
