National Automation Services, Inc Announces Additions to Board of Directors and Upper Management

Industry Veterans Join Company to Lend Expertise to Continued Growth in Revenue and Shareholder Value

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - October 30, 2007) - National Automation Services, Inc ("NAS") ("The Company") (PINKSHEETS: NASV) (www.n-a-s-inc.com) today announced the addition of key personnel to its upper management and Board of Directors. These men will help NAS in its stated goal of developing revenues at its flagship subsidiary, Intuitive Systems Solutions, Inc (www.isscontrols.com), as well as searching for qualified acquisitions in its pursuit of increased market share in the US $16 billion a year automation industry.

The Upper Management consist of:

Robert W. Chance -- President / CEO

--  Over 28 years of technical sales, marketing, and management experience
    including Industrial and Building Automation Systems.  Management in Four
    Fortune 100 Companies including Siemens, Johnson Controls, Honeywell IAC,
    Fisher Controls International.
--  Chief Operations Officer -- Nytrox Systems, Inc. for 2 years.
--  BS in Marketing Management.  Mt. San Antonio JC, Trinity College
    Cambridge, Massachusetts.
--  Skilled and working knowledge of systems design for Building
    Automation and Controls and programs including Johnson Controls Metasys,
    Siemens Apogee, and Honeywell IAC.  Programming of PLCs, Wonderware and
    Intellution SCADA Systems, field instrumentation and controls, networks and
    communication.
--  ISA training throughout his career.
--  Factory Trained and Certified Circon Systems Building Automation
    Systems integrator.
    

Manuel Ruiz -- Secretary/Treasurer and Board Member of NAS.

--  Controls Engineer with over 21 years of experience and expertise in
    PLC system programming and design including process control and electrical
    engineering.
--  Masters in Electronic Engineering.
--  Experience includes database design, computer hardware setup and
    maintenance, and programming, custom programming, all program languages.
--  Worked for Honeywell for 12 years designing building automation
    systems and industrial related controls projects.
--  Experienced in working with various organizations including government
    agencies, production, and wastewater treatment facilities.
--  Strengths include meeting/exceeding deadlines, developing custom
    software, and the ability to work independently.
--  ISA trained in instrumentation, controls, and communications.
--  Factory Trained and Certified Staefa Talon and Circon Systems Building
    Automation Systems integrator.
    

Jody R. Hanley -- President of ISS and Board Member of NAS

--  Over 24 years of experience troubleshooting, modifying, and improving
    machinery and Automation Systems.  Building Automation Systems including
    HVAC Controls, Fire Life Safety, Security, Lighting, and Entertainment
    Controls.
--  Over 15 years of supervisory and managerial experience the last five
    of which have been spent as a Project Manager and Facility Maintenance
    Manager for Merck Medco, a 22 billion dollar Fortune 50 company.
--  Skilled in interpreting blueprints, P&IDs, and electrical schematics.
--  Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, Architectural
    Desktop 3.0, Microsoft Project and etc.
--  ISA trained in instrumentation, controls, and communications.
--  Factory Trained and Certified Staefa Talon and Circon Systems Building
    Automation Systems integrator.
    

Robert H. O'Connor -- Member of the Board of Directors

--  Mr. O'Connor is currently the sole owner of O'Connor Mortgage and
    Investment Company ("OCMI"), which he established in 1981.  Through OCMI,
    he has developed substantial business experience in the course of
    originating real estate and business loans through California with the Bay
    Area being the primary, but not exclusive venue for his activities.
--  Mr. O'Connor has developed, built and acquired both commercial and
    residential properties.  Collateral engagements have and continue to be
    acting as a consultant to attorneys, financial experts and real estate
    brokerages in placements of loans to clients, and is a qualified expert
    witness in State and Federal Courts.  He is also an investor in early stage
    companies of varying kinds.
--  Mr. O'Connor is a founding member of the California Association of
    Mortgage Brokers, and a member of the National Association of Mortgage
    Brokers.  Prior to founding OCMI, Mr. O'Connor was with PG&E for 20 years,
    during which time he achieved a position of significant responsibility.
    However, during this time he became determined to set his own course for
    the future, attending night school for training in law and finance.
--  Mr. O'Connor holds a law degree from Lincoln University Law School and
    a degree in finance from Golden Gate University.
    

Fred Petit -- Chairman of the Board of Directors

--  Mr. Pettit is currently President, Chief Executive Officer, and a
    Director of NuWay Digital Systems, Inc. ("NDS").  He is also a Director of
    MyMedicalRecords, Inc. ("MMR"). NDS is MMR's largest shareholder. He is the
    former chairman of Velocity Services, Inc., the leading provider of ISP
    services to Affinity Groups.
--  Mr. Pettit spent much of his early career in senior positions with
    Citigroup and Credit Suisse First Boston, including being head of
    Citigroup's businesses in the Netherlands, France, Germany, Austria, and
    the former Soviet Union, or with global responsibilities of various kinds
    at Citigroup, CSFB and the current J.P. Morgan Chase.
--  Since 1991, he has been involved in raising money for early stage
    companies mainly in the IT or bio-tech/medical fields, or often being the
    chairman of the board and/or CEO of such entities, such as ANTs, Inc.
--  Mr. Pettit is a graduate of Princeton University, magna cum laude,
    with a degree in engineering and liberal arts.  He is also a graduate of
    the University of Pennsylvania Law School.  He is a former board member of
    the American Chambers of Commerce in The Netherlands, France and Germany,
    serving as EVP for the latter.
    

William A. Strachan -- Member of the Board of Directors

--  Mr. Strachan has spent over 35 years in the financial services
    industry, including becoming Senior Vic-President of a 3 billion dollar
    commercial finance business at General Electric Credit Corporation.
--  Mr. Strachan has headed his own financial services business since
    1991.
