NetBase Expands Leadership Team With Three Seasoned High-Tech Executives

New CTO, CMO and VP Worldwide Sales to Help Category Leader Develop and Deliver Insight Discovery Solutions

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA--(Marketwire - February 8, 2010) - NetBase, the Insight Discovery company, today announced the appointment of three key senior executives, rounding out its tenured leadership team. All are industry veterans who have proven success in prior senior executive roles and expertise in guiding high-tech companies through all stages of business development, from start-up to IPO to acquisition.

The three new executives are:

Mark Bowles, Chief Technology Officer

Mark brings more than 45 years of experience to his role as CTO for NetBase, where he is responsible for the company's overall architecture and technology vision. He is a co-founder and former CTO of TIBCO Software, and was the co-inventor and patent author for the company's fundamental communication technology. Mark was also formerly CIO at BondMart Technologies and Vice President, Messaging Systems, at BEA Systems.

Lisa Joy Rosner, Chief Marketing Officer

Lisa has over 18 years of experience launching, rebranding and driving revenue for high-tech companies in Silicon Valley. Before joining NetBase, Lisa was Vice President of Marketing at category creator, MyBuys and was Vice President of Worldwide Marketing at BroadVision Inc., an early innovator of e-commerce solutions.

Richard Lo, Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Business Development

Richard brings more than 20 years of experience delivering information technology solutions to enterprises. This experience includes early stage, venture-backed companies, as well as a number of the technology industry's largest organizations. Prior to joining NetBase, Richard was VP of Enterprise Sales at i365, a Seagate Company. He joined i365 through the company's acquisition of MetaLINCS, where he was the VP of Sales and Professional Services.
