NetSky Holdings and Child Watch Network Sign Joint Venture Agreement

Companies to Build, Promote and Maintain Child Safety Social Networking Site

NEW CANAAN, CT--(Marketwire - November 7, 2007) - NetSky Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NKYH) is pleased to announce that the Company has signed a joint venture agreement with Child Watch Network, a wholly-owned subsidiary of WatchIt Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: WTCT). The purpose of the joint venture is to construct, market and maintain a social networking Web site, ChildWatchNeighborhood.com, where parents and educators can share ideas and discuss child safety.

The Web site will provide information on missing children, as well as support to families who have been the victims of a missing child or any abusive situation involving a child. The site will also focus on what parents are doing in their neighborhood to protect their children, and show parents how they can go about setting up a Child Watch ID program. Under the agreement, NetSky will develop and maintain the site, with Child Watch Network providing content and information.

The companies will share in the marketing and promotion of the site, which will generate revenue from sponsorships and the sales of NetSky's phone cards and broadband services. Each phone card will display pictures and information about missing children. Half of the proceeds from the revenue generated by the joint venture will go to Child Watch Network of North America, a 401(c)3 nonprofit organization.

"We feel that child safety is an issue of vital importance and we see this as an opportunity to help. Social networking is proving to be a valuable source of information and awareness, and this site will prove beneficial to both sponsors and families," stated Robert Thayer, CEO of NetSky Holdings, Inc.

"We believe that this joint venture with Netsky Holdings is a step in the right direction for the future growth of our company. Child Watch Network's goal for the venture is not only to help find missing children and support families with missing children, but to create a much broader access and awareness of child safety information," stated Don Wood, President of Child Watch Network.
