Never Shout Never "Harmony Gardens" Facebook Application Out Today

Users Will Be Able to Preview 30-Second Clips of Songs From Never Shout Never's New Album, "Harmony," Due August 24th From Loveway/Sire Records

BURBANK, CA--(Marketwire - August 23, 2010) - To celebrate the August 24th release of Harmony, Never Shout Never has created a "Harmony Gardens" Facebook application that allows the user to "grow a garden" in order to preview the album. The application will be available to Facebook users today.

The app features 11 different flowers, each representing a song on the album. Upon successful planting, watering, and fertilizing of a seed that grows into a digital flower, the user is able to play a 30-second clip of a song, enabling users to sample each song on Harmony. To increase experience points, users are invited to share their "flowers" with friends and post to each other's Facebook wall.

Produced by Butch Vig (Green Day, Nirvana, Smashing Pumpkins), Harmony is the follow-up to Never Shout Never's critically heralded debut What Is Love?, which bowed at No. 24 on the Billboard Top 200 album chart, No. 2 on both the Alternative and Rock charts, No. 6 on the Digital Album chart, and No. 11 on the Internet album chart upon its release in January.

Never Shout Never is fronted by 19-year-old singer-songwriter Christofer Drew.
