New Environmental Solutions, Inc. Formally Announces the Beginning of the Sales and Marketing Campaign of the RCBC Technology

HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwire - December 4, 2007) - The Board of New Environmental Solutions, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NWVM) is pleased to announce that it has commissioned two companies to perform a complete business and technology review of the Rotating Cascading Bed Combustor as it pertains to the Canadian market. Special emphasis will be placed on the business practicality of niche marketing this technology for use with the oil shales and the utilization of high-sulfur coal. Each of these companies has expertise in the specific niche market that they will be reviewing. This begins the previously announced sales and marketing process for the Rotating Cascading Bed Combustor which changes source fuel "on-the-fly" from such diverse products as Municipal Solid Waste (MSW), Sewage Sludge (40%) moisture, "junk coal" and various types of Bio-Mass and Hydro-Carbons to useable energy.

RCBC Technologies and Quality Recycling, LLC have developed the patented technology. The mechanical unit incorporating this technology is known as the Rotary Cascading Bed Combustor (RCBC). RCBCs have been designed for use as incinerators, hot gas generators, oil shale retorts, and cascading bed boilers capable of cleanly utilizing high-sulfur coal as well as for use in the phosphate and fertilizer industries.
