HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwire - November 29, 2007) - The Board of New Environmental Solutions, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NWVM) is pleased to announce that it has completed the terms and conditions of the Agreement to acquire the exclusive Canadian territorial sales and marketing rights, for the RCBC patented technology in exchange for 500,000 common shares (144) issued from treasury. RCBC Technologies and Quality Recycling, LLC have developed the patented technology, which is applicable to many situations where intimate contact between gases and solids is required. New Environmental Solutions, Inc. will now be able to begin its sales and marketing campaign to those industries most likely to be benefited by this technology.
