New NextPhase Subsidiary, Interactive Network Services, Named 2007 Best Internet Service Provider in South Jersey -- for the 8th Consecutive Year

Integration of INS Into NextPhase Progressing Well; Broadband Usage up 36% During Completion of Acquisition and Market Expansion Initiatives Underway

ANAHEIM, CA--(Marketwire - September 26, 2007) - NextPhase Wireless, Inc. (OTCBB: NXPW), a next-generation wireless connectivity solutions provider specializing in integrated Internet, voice and data communication, today announced that Interactive Network Systems, Inc. (INS), the Company's recently acquired wholly owned subsidiary based in Blackwood, New Jersey, was just named "The Best ISP in South Jersey" by Courier Post readers for the eighth consecutive year.

Serving primarily area public schools, local municipalities and business customers in the U.S. Mid-Atlantic region, known as the Delaware Valley, INS has endeavored to distinguish itself from its competitors through delivery of superior customer attention, industry expertise, service reliability and cost efficiency. "We are very proud to have INS once again recognized as the 'best' in this region, which further emphasizes one of the reasons why we selected INS to serve as an important cornerstone of NextPhase's national growth platform," stated Robert Ford, CEO of NextPhase Wireless.

Continuing, Ford added, "Moreover, given that our integration processes are progressing extraordinarily well, and following the ongoing implementation of several new and exciting market expansion initiatives, we have begun to experience notable traction in INS' growth. Specifically, over the past year, INS has seen its customers' broadband usage rise approximately 36% over historical levels, with a large part of the increase following completion of the acquisition less than two months ago."

"To help support this growth, NextPhase has increased INS' available bandwidth, expanding it 45 mbps to a total in excess of 150 mbps capacity for the entire state of New Jersey. In addition, we are currently engaged in discussions with several key customers regarding conversion from hard wired Internet access to wireless, which is in keeping with NextPhase's underpinning growth strategy. As we succeed in converting more of INS' existing and new customers to wireless, we should see our profit margins rise markedly and quickly," concluded Ford.
