New York Festivals International Advertising Awards in All Media Reorganizes Into Ten Distinct Competitions, Seeks 2008 Entries

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - November 19, 2007) - New York Festivals International Advertising in All Media Awards (NYFA) has been completely restructured. Winners from ten competitions, each with its own jury of creative professionals hand-picked for their expertise in that particular specialty, will be celebrated at the May 2008 awards gala in New York City.

In further efforts to simplify this year's submission process the NYFA entry kit has been translated into Korean, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Portuguese, German, French, Spanish and Italian.

Also new this year are several categories including Gay/Lesbian, Olympic Theme/Sponsorship and Political Advertisements.

The final deadline to enter this year's competition is January 14, 2008.

The ten competitions under the NYFA banner break down as follows:

About the New Competitions:

Art & Craft champions excellence in the technical side of advertising. Recognizing the importance and appreciating the fine-tuning that distinguishes good from great, the Art & Craft competition searches for entries where precision makes the piece and raises industry standards.
