New York Times Cites H3's HipHopSodaShop Franchise in Today's "Dining In, Dining Out" Column

H3 Enterprises, Inc. President & CEO Chavis Issues Positive Forecast for 2008

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - January 2, 2008) - H3 Enterprises, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HTRE) President & CEO, Dr. Benjamin Chavis, today issued the Company's initial forecast for 2008 revenues through store and franchise sales for H3's HipHopSodaShop brand based on the highly successful opening of the first HipHopSodaShop in Tampa on December 18th. Dr. Chavis reported, "Our 2008 New Year's Projections for the HipHopSodaShop brand are very positive and optimistic.

"After only five months since taking command of H3, we have already unleashed several of the Company's major revenue streams including the highly anticipated opening of the first HipHopSodaShop in Tampa. We predict that early in 2008, H3's Franchise Department will be signing major new Agreements for stores and territories across America based on the numerous inquiries that we are receiving daily about establishing HipHopSodaShops in major cities and suburban communities, as well as in international markets that have requested franchise information.

"Our revenues from Video Gaming are also way ahead of schedule as the Tampa unit is approaching $1000/day on a regular basis," continued Chavis. "This number will increase dramatically with the successful rollout and consummation of the Partnership Agreements that are now on the table, along with the opening of new HipHopSodaShops worldwide."

Today New York Times columnist Florence Fabricant in her "Dining In, Dining Out" column wrote about the HipHopSodaShops, stating, "'HipHopSodaShop': In 11,000 square feet, this restaurant serves up fast food and video games to a young crowd. It is owned by a company whose chief executive is Benjamin Chavis, a former executive director of the N.A.A.C.P.: 1241 East Fowler Avenue, Tampa, Fla., (813) 977-1200."
