New ePhilanthropy Service From Sage North America Can Help Nonprofits Increase Giving, Participation, and Overall Support

Sage Fundraising Online Can Be Deployed Quickly, Delivers on Sage's Connected Cloud Computing Strategy

BALTIMORE, MD--(Marketwire - April 12, 2010) - AFP's 47th International Conference on Fundraising -- Sage North America today announced Sage Fundraising Online, a new flexible fundraising and event management connected service that allows nonprofit organizations of all sizes to more effectively use the Internet to increase giving, participation, and overall support through online donations and registrations. Delivered as a Software as a Service (SaaS), Sage Fundraising Online is part of Sage's strategy to deliver online connected solutions that support specific areas of market demand.

Nonprofits can deploy Sage Fundraising Online quickly to help them maximize their existing marketing strategy and programs. The service is easy-to-use and works with almost any website, software platform, or content publishing system, so organizations get the most out of their existing technology, while achieving stronger fundraising results.

"Donors expect to be able to give to nonprofits online, but they also want to fundraise for their favorite charities through social media," said Krista Endsley, senior vice president and general manager for Nonprofit Solutions at Sage. "Likewise, development professionals and nonprofit executives expect software vendors to supply tools and services that are flexible, dynamic, and provide great value. Sage Fundraising Online helps to meet these needs for nonprofits and their constituents."

Additionally, using Sage Fundraising Online, nonprofits can easily create multiple giving forms, in context and with marketing messaging, to better reach new and existing donors. Multiple giving forms can help organizations boost results for event-based fundraisers, rapid response campaigns, and annual appeals.

Sage Fundraising Online will have seamless integration to Sage Fundraising 50 v8.2, scheduled for release in June, with full integration to other Sage products scheduled for future releases. The service also includes integration to Salesforce.com, and mapping to a number of other CRM products in the nonprofit software market.

Sage is debuting Sage Fundraising Online, along with demonstrating Sage MIP Fund Accounting and its other Sage Fundraising software products for nonprofit and government agencies, in booth 731 at the Association of Fundraising Professionals' (AFP) 47th International Conference on Fundraising, being held through April 14 at the Baltimore Convention Center in Baltimore, Md.
