NewMarket (NWMT) Anticipates Potential Short Squeeze Trigger

DALLAS, TX--(Marketwire - March 29, 2010) -  NewMarket Technology, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NWMT) was listed on the Regulation SHO "threshold security" list on March 18, 2010 (link: http://www.nasdaqtrader.com/trader.aspx?id=RegSHOThreshold). Management anticipates a possible buy-in in conjunction with the Company's upcoming 2009 annual report that could result in an increased share price. NewMarket expects to report a substantial improvement in net income and positive revenue results over last year's report.
