(OTCBB: NUBL) today released an exclusive on-demand Webcast to provide an update on a potential $20 million contract and two pending acquisitions, Kaizen Communications, Inc. (www.kaizencommunications.net) of Jacksonville, Florida and SecurAct, Inc. located in Sunnyvale, CA, part of Silicon Valley. NuMobile is building a portfolio of software solutions for the global mobile computing and smartphone market and has acquired two other companies with proprietary technology focused on mobile network security this year, increasing the Company's assets significantly to $2.2 million.
