(PINKSHEETS: NWMT) has scheduled an exclusive shareholder update Webcast for next Tuesday, December 15th, to review its Chinese operating subsidiary acquisition of a China Radio Technology Ltd. subsidiary announced earlier today. The China Radio subsidiary, located in Shenzhen, is anticipated to produce $20 million in annual revenue in 2010. China Radio Technology Ltd., a Hong Kong-registered company, is a mobile communication hardware and software company that develops and manufactures products for sale in China.
