and Worldwide Strategies, Inc. (OTCBB : WWSG ) have entered into a letter of
intent as a first step toward building an emerging market systems
integrator by coupling NewMarket's operations headquartered in Brazil with
Worldwide. NewMarket and Worldwide anticipate closing the Brazil
transaction in the month of December. Senior management will conduct a
Webcast on Tuesday, December 8th to provide an update on the anticipated

NewMarket's systems integration operation in Brazil is an Oracle partner
with fourteen years experience in the region and a portfolio of over 300
