(PINKSHEETS: NWMT) (OTCQB: NWMT) today announced the Company's subsidiary RKM IT Solutions has signed a three-year renewal contract to provide Microsoft licensing to their existing client, Electricidad de Caracas (http://www.laedc.com.ve/) in Latin America. The three-year contract value is U.S. $2.3 million. NewMarket and its subsidiaries are focused on turning short-term, project-based contracts into long-term contracts to support their recurring revenue business. Founded in 1895, Electricidad de Caracas generates, sells and distributes electricity to more than one million residential and commercial customers in the Caracas, Venezuela area.
