Newcastle Retains Ethos Consulting Inc. for Corporate Communications and Investor Relations

VICTORIA, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - April 9, 2010) - Newcastle Minerals Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:NCM) is pleased to announce that it has, subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance, retained Ethos Consulting Inc. ("Ethos") to provide strategic marketing and corporate communications advice for a six-month initial term. Under the terms of their agreement, Newcastle will pay Ethos $7,500 per month, payable in two quarterly amounts, and grant options to purchase up to 500,000 shares at a price of $0.10 per share for two years. Ethos will assist Newcastle in opening productive and continuing dialogue with private investors, analysts, brokers, money managers and other financial professionals.
