BERLIN -- (MARKET WIRE) -- September 6, 2005 -- (Carrier Ethernet World Congress, Booth #8) -- NextHop Technologies® Inc., the definitive source for network software solutions announced plans for participation at the upcoming Carrier Ethernet World Congress, September 12-16, 2005 in Berlin. In addition to presence by key architects and engineers, Silicon Valley-based NextHop will offer demonstrations of its interoperable networking software solutions at Booth #8 during the exhibition. Timothy Bean, vice president and general manager for NextHop's Networking Protocols Product Group, will hold discussions with senior executives of OEM's and partner companies.

The Carrier Ethernet World Congress targets operators and the Ethernet community and is aimed at a global audience of incumbent and competitive service providers, as well as equipment vendors, component suppliers and integrators.
