NexxNow Completes Name and Symbol Change to InoLife Technologies, Inc. (INOL.OB)

RALEIGH, NC--(Marketwire - January 21, 2010) - InoLife Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: INOL) today announced the Company's common shares will trade under the symbol INOL. The Company formerly traded under the symbol NXXN, but changed its name and management in August 2009 in conjunction with a change of business.

InoLife Technologies, Inc. through its InoVet, Ltd. subsidiary is involved in specialized veterinary research and treatment for companion animals.

Additionally, InoLife Technologies, Inc. has entered into a strategic partnership with InoHealth Products, Inc. InoHealth Products, Inc. has currently identified and is developing multi-faceted, human diagnostic and human DNA product lines to be marketed towards both professional medical and retail customers.
