Nilam Resources Acquires LLIPA Property for $100,000

Property shows high potential for gold, silver and copper.

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Dec. 14, 2007) - Nilam Resources (OTCBB:NILR) (FRANKFURT:3NL) is proud to announce the acquisition of the LLIPA property in central Peru for the purchase price of $100,000. The property is composed of two major mining concessions, The Prospera mine and La Prospera XXI, both of whose ore samples have shown to contain a high potential for gold, silver and copper.

The property is located in the Ancash Mining district, some 380 miles from Peru's capital city by highway. It is also next to utilities and a highway, easing the movement of minerals by trucks and decreasing infrastructure investment requirements.

The soil at the LLIPA mine is composed of volcanic rocks, which are highly sought after for their considerable yields of Gold, Copper, Silver, Zinc and Lead. According to soil analyses by SGS Laboratories, the property also contains deposits of: bornite, chalcopyrite, chrisocola, tourmaline, limonites, jarosite and crystallized quartz.

"We are very excited about this acquisition as it will significantly increase our land position in Peru," stated Alain Vachon, president and CEO of Nilam Resources. "We believe the LLIPA property has a tremendous opportunity for substantial production of gold, silver and copper."
