Ninety-four percent of customers rated the support skill level as good, very good, or excellent.

Sense of Urgency =

Ninety-two percent of customers rated Cincom support engineers' sense of urgency in resolving a problem as good, very good, or excellent.

Ninety percent of customers would recommend Cincom software to another company.
