Triversity Inc., the fastest growing international provider of

Retail Ltd. has implemented Triversity's stored value application at
more than 244 locations in Canada. Northern Group deployed the stored
value application to launch its new gift card program in fall 2004. Gift
cards were part of a major POS upgrade that also included Triversity's
Transactionware GM point-of-sale software and Allegiance 1-to-1, a
real-time loyalty solution that provides instant loyalty updates at the
point of sale.

Triversity's stored value application tracks virtually any kind of
liability, such as gift cards, merchandise credits, serial-numbered gift
certificates and coupons. It eliminates third-party transaction costs,
since retailers license the software from Triversity and do not pay
third-party transaction fees each time a gift card is activated,
redeemed or reloaded. Triversity's stored value application also
prevents fraud, since preloaded cards cannot be activated if they are
stolen.

"In conjunction with our recent initiative to replace 'paper' gift
certificates with gift cards, Northern Group sought a cost-effective
application that would provide real-time integration with our existing
POS system," said Bonnee Hildebrandt, director of accounting and
payroll, Northern Group Retail LTD. "We were also very sensitive to the
security aspects of the new application in addressing theft and fraud
exposure. Triversity's stored value solution fit all of our criteria."

Triversity's stored value application puts Northern Group in control of
its gift card program. The stored value application resides in Northern
Group's central IT office and is accessed real-time from the POS for
activation, redemption and other functions using Triversity's Transnet
messaging software, without incurring third-party transaction fees.

"By working with Triversity, Northern Group has eliminated the fees
charged by many third-party stored value providers, and the savings are
substantial," Hildebrandt notes. "With Triversity's stored value
application, Northern Group will realize 50 percent savings just in the
first year. We've also met our goal of real-time integration, while
maintaining sufficient security against theft or fraud."
