Northern Lights Direct Response is pleased to announce the appointment of Craig Thomas to the position of Managing Director, U.S.

With 25 years of direct marketing and management experience, Thomas is a well-recognized and respected direct response strategist and problem-solver. He has held the position of President/COO of Leo Burnett Technology Group, and has managed multiple Direct agencies. Thomas has also developed innovative CRM concepts for Sears "Off Mall" businesses and helped promote Direct Marketing Technology/Experian as CMO.

In his new role at Northern Lights, Thomas will be based in the Chicago office. He will work closely with CEO, Sandy French, and focus on business development for the agency's burgeoning U.S. client base of Fortune 1000 companies and nonprofit organizations.
