Ms. Welty has over 20 years of experience in finance, accounting and information systems. Prior to joining Northwest Pipe, she was Chief Financial Officer at TriQuint Semiconductor, Inc. from 2005 to 2007. From 1994 to 2005, Ms. Welty served first as Accounting Manager, then Director of IT and Vice President of Finance. Ms. Welty holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Washington and is a CPA.
